I have two ideas.
First is a normal figurine. It would be a plant similarly build like Oddish or Pirahna Plant. It would be normal house plants and the box would pull apart to be the pot with soil or rocks.
My next idea is a funny/gag toy. The 'Baby First' toys are fun but I love the fake ones more like the 'My First Fire'. I'm a bar manager so I wanted to make a 'Baby's First Barback' that would have a collection of bar items. It would conveniently help with counting and fine motor skills. The packaging would fold into one of the items called a Cambro which is a container used for food.
