After experimenting with Photoshop the past few days I manage to come up with my finalized ideas for the project this month, both inspired by dream sequences. In fact, the first one is not only based on mural art like design, but wanted to give it a dream like feel with the dream vases causing clouds in the shape and characteristics of bubbles to appear. I'm very happy with the result. The second one, I really was excited about, I wanted to created a space them where a guy is lifting up the largest star shaped like a moon in his dream. Originally I wanted a bunch of figures on the moons below and people flying around, but I couldn't get them to work on there yet, I also ran them through AI and these were the results of AI drawings.

The theme that I decided to do for my digital paintings is a color scheme of yellow and purple, while also emphasizing the aspect of light in the artworks.

These two images were an inspiration for my third drawing.
This collage of images was an inspiration, but the glowing paths and the boy with the lantern (upper far right) were the ones that I took the most inspiration from.

This is one of the projects I have done and finally finished. Hopefully it turns out good and I was just experimenting with Photoshop tools, since I am just learning this tbh. Any critiques are welcomed. But this is the final result. I wanted to based this off of murals, while giving it that bit of abstract nature to it. It's actually based off of a art project I made called "The Dream" Sequence" where there's a dream like feel to this design/world.
Here are my WIP drawings featuring Chiaki from Danganronpa. They are both unfinished, but the bottom one is clearly a lot further from being completed and is still mostly a rough sketch (I haven't figured out her hand placement and full body sketch yet)
Here I have drawings spired by simple shapes and colors shaded in a cartoony world. The small guys name is Jim Bob, and he is exploring different environments.

Using adobe PHOTOSHOP create a total of 4 digital paintings that are tied together in some way (color, texture, subject matter, a series, something changing over time, etc.) and sized at 1920 x 1080 at 72 DPI (you can find this under file new > web > most common large). The paintings can be of any subject and can be realistic or abstract. Be creative and have fun with this assignment and remember to use all the brushes options as well as make your own brushes.
