Photoshop Project 1 - CRITIQUE FEB 4TH

Four digital paintings that are 1600 x 1200 pixels. The paintings should reflect a common theme and should demonstrate use and understanding of all of the following:

·     How to set up a document

·     How to use the brush tool and it’s options (brush tip, brush dynamics, opacity)

·     How to make a custom brush
How to make a custom pattern

·     How to load brushes downloaded from brusheezy

·     How to select all (command A)

·     How to delete from a selection
How to deselect

·     The marquee selection tool

·     Layers (how to create one, how to change the stacking order)

·     Using the color picker to select a hue and fine tune the value

·     How to make a custom brush from a photo

·     Zoom in, zoom out, navigating the image with the hand tool or the navigation palate
